EDITOR'S PICKS OF THE MONTH - JANUARY 2018

This month we have visited a fascinating new venture GAA that has its roots in one of Thailand’s most famous restaurants. We have been to a Japanese restaurant Yuutaro serving along with its fish and shellfish, sushi prepared using foie gras and Wagyu beef. A long established Italian restaurant La Scala has been given a dramatic makeover, and we went to check that out, and to finish off our Picks of the Month, we went back to a dining-in-the-sky Rib Room and Bar that predates by a generation the current hotel-top outlets.
