EDITOR PICKS - MARCH 2018

EDITOR'S PICKS OF THE MONTH - MARCH 2018

This month our travels have taken us from the very new to the very old. We visited Akira Back, the astonishing new Japanese-Korean-American restaurant on top of the Marriott Marquis, and we went to the newish, and huge, Amaya Food Gallery at the Amari Watergate. We tried the very exclusive Hida beef at Kisara, in the Conrad, and we met the new chef at Indus, one of Bangkok’s leading Indian restaurants. We ended up at Hamilton’s Steak House in the Dusit Thani, still going strong after more than 30 years.
