EDITOR'S PICKS OF THE MONTH - AUGUST 2018
This month were reintroduced to long lost recipes that brought traditional cooking formulas back to life at Supanniga Eating Room. Then we decided to try an ethnic cuisine that serves authentic food focused heavily on meats and breads where authenticity is attested by the many Turks at the restaurant. An initimate 1920s Chicago style eatery serving quality steak in Bangkok called out to us as we enjoyed char-grilled steaks against a glittering city backdrop. And we rounded out our dining spree at Mother May I, a 40-year-old home that focuses on Thai comfort dishes and family recipes and at Souffle and Me that offers bistro favorites and varied interpretations of souffles.
