The restaurants we have visited over the past month has been an entirely new one. Albricias, with its Mediterranean cuisine, is a putative new brand by the Chatrium hotels and resorts company, the idea being to open a second later this year. Karmakamet Conveyance presents extraordinarily artistic food in extraordinarily artistic surroundings, created in the unlikely setting of a Soi 49 shophouse. Mia is the creation of two of the best-known chef-entrepreneurs in Bangkok, Top Russell and Michelle Goh. Crimson Room evokes the 1920s, and has one of the most dazzling interiors you will find in Bangkok. Yes, the city is the most exciting it has ever been for dining!
