This month, the team at Bangkok Best Dining went to see how the team of Kiwis at Kai New Zealand were doing at their prime Sathorn location. It is also interesting to see that Chef Christopher Beverley, formerly of Theo Mio, is now involved with a new Italian restaurant, Gigi - Dining Hall & Bar, at Sukhumvit Soi 45, so we went to check it out. The Kitchen Table at the W Hotel, on the other hand is pushing bistro dining towards new directions with an intriguing Tipsy Cow menu in the evenings. And Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, at the Siam Kempinski Hotel, continues to dazzle with its molecular gastronomy, with Chef Chayawee introducing a new Winter Journey Dinner.
