With a touch of culinary magic, Michelin-starred Chef Stemberg transforms refined ingredients with original recipes to creative creations you’ve never imagined before. Gastronomic poise runs in the family of Stemberg. Since 1864, the Stembergs have been pioneering and perfecting their home cuisine. Today, the family restaurant Haus Stemberg has earned a portfolio of achievements, from one Michelin star to an impressive 17 points at Gault Millau. Let the talented chef work his magic and surprise you with an amazing — and seemingly endless — parade of flavors to tempt your palate. The six-course menu kicks off with an intriguing marinated lobster tempered with exotic curry and charentais melon. Succulent sea bass, gamey quail with aromatic champignons mushrooms, sumptuous roasted pork sirloin paired with crisp green apple and rich boudin noir sausages. Top it all off with perfect wine pairings. The starry evening will be sprinkled with so many sweet surprises.

Dinners with Michelin-starred Chef Sascha Stemberg are available from March 28th to March 30th, 2019 at Park Society restaurant only. Guests shall dine with a choice for six-course only at THB 3,500++ per person, or adding top picked wine pairing lists with additional of THB 2,500++ per person. Seats are limited and advance booking is required.
