The signature tea ceremony is designed with an extensive selection of tea leaves ranging from varieties with their familiar scents and distinctive aroma to rare exotic tea leaves. Yào presents Des-Tea-Ny draw in which diners can pick and taste unfamiliar tea leaves and may end up discovering one or more tea types that tickle their fancy.
